The Auditions Festival is an adjudicated event for piano, guitar, and voice students. Students perform in front of a judge in a closed audition (except for advanced level piano students who perform in an open recital format with 2 judges).
Students receive a comment sheet, a score, and a corresponding ribbon or medal. In addition, the top scores in each category will receive an Honors Trophy (see photos of awards below).
Piano is divided into 9 difficulty levels. Guitar is divided into 4 difficulty levels. Voice is divided according to age and genre.
Students may enter more than one piece/song and may enter in multiple divisions (piano, guitar, and vocal). However, they are only eligible for 1 trophy per division.
